Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the QARAJI mobile application and the qaraji.com website (the "Service"), operated by Qaraji, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

QARAJI connects car owners with auto-parts sellers and service providers in the UAE, and provides personal vehicle-management tools. QARAJI is a platform: purchases, quotes, and agreements are made directly between buyers and sellers, and we are not a party to those transactions.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure.
• Business accounts must hold a valid trade license and pass verification before accessing seller features.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not post unlawful, misleading, offensive, or infringing content.
• Do not harass other users or misuse messaging and calling features.
• Do not attempt to circumvent security, moderation, or verification systems.
• Listings and requests must relate to automotive goods and services.

Content is subject to automated and manual moderation. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content You Share

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Qaraji a non-exclusive license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

5. Marketplace Disclaimer

We verify seller trade licenses but do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of parts or services offered, nor the accuracy of listings. Exercise normal caution when transacting.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qaraji is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from transactions between users.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
